Online Coaching

Our online packages start with the entry level monthly subscription to workouts and live classes with the option to upgrade to a bespoke programme to suit your needs and goals

Group Training

Training with a partner or friend can, for some, make the experience more enjoyable, especially if you have similar goals and streak of competitiveness to push each other along. We offer group personal training for a maximum of 3 people
Personal Training


1:1 training is great for building confidence, not everyone enjoys the busy gym environment, so we offer bespoke personal training where we can focus on achieving your goals and ensure safe execution of correct technique. Good and correct form/technique is another key element to achieving the most out of your exercise regime
